Orders placed on business days before 12:00 are processed the same day. Deliveries to Belgium typically arrive on the next business day. Deliveries to The Netherlands are usually delivered within 2 business days. During peak periods (sale/holidays), processing may take an additional business day.

For orders below €40,00, a flat shipping fee of €6,00 applies.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a track & trace link. This link updates automatically with the carrier’s latest information. If you don’t receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.

If your parcel arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the outer parcel, the inside packaging, and the item. We’ll assess it quickly and arrange a replacement or refund.
