Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to return or exchange an item within 30 days after delivery. This 30-day reflection period starts on the day you (or someone on your behalf) receive the product. After registering your return, you must send the product back within those 30 days. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, complete, and — if reasonably possible — in the original packaging with tags. Exceptions: personalized items, gift cards, and items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Start your return via our returns page or email us at info@vermonta.eu. You will receive a bpost return label by email. Print the label, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at a bpost point or post office.

Exchanges: free of charge within Belgium.

Returns for refund: a fixed fee of €6.00 will be deducted for returns within Belgium.

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover all return costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the purchase amount (minus any return costs) within 5–7 business days via the original payment method. Shipping costs of the original order are not refunded, unless the entire order is cancelled within the 30-day reflection period.

Want to swap an item for another size or color? Mention this when requesting your return. We will ship the replacement as soon as your return is received. If the requested item is out of stock, you will receive a refund instead.

If your parcel arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the outer parcel, inside packaging, and the item so we can assess it quickly and arrange a replacement or refund.
